How it works

• Download the report: In eBay Seller Hub, open Performance and export the Listing quality report as an Excel file.
• Drop it here: The page reads the workbook in your browser and builds the snapshot.
• Read the ranks: Categories are sorted by percentile, then you can open one for the benchmark and its listings.
• Add an older export: A second file shows which segments moved, and which ones entered or left the report.

eBay builds this report from about the last 31 days, for the categories where you have the most live listings. It ranks you by sales value against other sellers in the same category and condition.

Is my report stored?

No. The spreadsheet is read in your browser. Listings, prices, and item ids are not uploaded or saved.

Do I need an account?

No account required. This is a free public tool.

What time period is this?

The last 31 days, as of the date printed in the file. It is a snapshot of live listings, not a calendar-year sales total. Upload an older export if you want to see what changed.

Why do some categories disappear between reports?

eBay only includes your biggest category and condition groups, and it sometimes splits them by price. A category can leave the file because it is no longer in that top set.
